At Sweet in the 99, we believe that Magic is for everyone - no matter what format you may play. This is a space dedicated to inclusivity, kindness, and celebrating the joy of the game with zero room for hate.

The Philosophy

Sweet in the 99 was created to celebrate the Fun of Magic: The Gathering. We wanted to take the philosophy of EDHRec's Salt Score and create a tool that captures the inverse. Sweet in the 99 will be open year-round, because a fun moment can happen at any time - and we want to capture that without the friction of an annual poll.

The Grading Scale

Our 0–4 scale is meant to mirror EDHRec's Salt Scores. Whether a card is Miserable to cast or play against or generates Pure Dopamine every time it hits the stack at your tables, we want to help you figure out what belongs in your deck quickly and efficiently.
